dowedo.net Sudoku Link Terms And Conditions

This agreement outlines our commitments to our users of or subscribers of Sudoku Link. This also includes your obligations to us.

1. Terms Used In This Agreement

For the purposes of this agreement the terms "you" and "your" refer to the subscriber, registrar or company responsible for the use of this service.

The terms "we", "us", "our" and "dowedo.net" refer to the administrators of the dowedo.net web site.

The term "account" refers to the facilities provided by dowedo.net whereby you are granted access to the additional services granted by paying a subscription.

"subscription" should be taken to refer to the agreement for payment you make with whatever payment processor is used for the sub subscription process.

"URL" is the specific address of a web site. Commonly starting with http://www.

2. Acceptance Of Your Request To Use This Service

Before any link to our web site services is accepted we review all prospective web sites for their content and validity.

In brief, your web site will not pass our criteria for acceptance I if it contains:

• material that incites hatred whether based on race, religion, gender, sexuality or otherwise.
• explicit adult sexual content.
• content or services that endorse illegal activities either online or otherwise.

Should your web site not be accepted you will be notified and any details stored removed from our system.

3. Services Offered, Restrictions and Obligations

3.1 Standard Daily Sudoku Link

The dowedo.net Standard Daily Sudoku link is free and gives you the facility of supplying your web site users a means of a link to an interactive Sudoku puzzle web page housed and maintained on our servers. This page contains a link back to your web site home page.

3.1.1 Terms of service

• To use the Standard Daily Sudoku you must first apply, be accepted and register.
• You are provided with graphical and text links that you may place anywhere on your web site and in as many pages as you wish. Note: This must be the web site that you entered when registering.
• The puzzles are automatically updated at 1.00 am GMT
• There is no advertising contained in the Sudoku page however the dowedo.net header images links to our web site.
• There is no restriction to the amount of times the puzzle can be displayed.
• You may alter the link code supplied by dowedo.net in terms of text or images however the destination URL must remain the same.
• You may enter code to open the Sudoku in a new window. This must be done using html target="_blank" and not by using JavaScript or any other Scripting language.
• You must not resell or re-distribute the dowedo.net Sudoku service in any way other than stated here.
• We reserve the right to cancel the link service at any time whether for technical reasons or breaches of these terms.
• We cannot guarantee that there will not be interruptions to the services should there be a technical hardware or software failure in or out of our control.

3.2 Professional Daily Sudoku Link

The dowedo.net Professional Daily Sudoku enables you to place code within your web site to display our interactive Sudoku via an iframe. There is a subscription fee for this service.

The interactive Sudoku puzzle contains all the features of our Daily Sudoku but also includes a past Sudoku function so users may select from hundreds of past Sudoku. You can include content text, images and advertising in this page as long as the content compiles with our guidelines of acceptance (2).

3.2.1 Terms of service

• To use the Professional Daily Sudoku you must first apply, be accepted, register, and subscribe to a payment plan.
• After subscription is successfully completed you are provided with code that you enter into your web page. Note: This must be the web site with the URL that you entered when registering.
• The puzzles are automatically updated at 1.00 am GMT
• There is no advertising contained in the Sudoku page however there is a copyright notice pertaining to dowedo.net which coverers the code used to create and manage the puzzle. This does not include any copyright over material not contained outside of the the iframe.
• There is no restriction to the amount of times the puzzle can be displayed.
• You may create as many Daily Sudoku pages as you wish as long as they are all on the same registered web site and use the same URL.
• You must not resell or re-distribute the dowedo.net Sudoku service in any way other than stated here.
• We reserve the right to cancel the link service at any time if breaches of these terms and condition have been discovered.
• We cannot guarantee that there will not be interruptions to the service should there be a technical hardware or software failure in or out of our control.
• You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by stopping the payments to dowedo.net. No refund can be given for the time remaining in that subscription payment period.

4. Applying and Registration

4.1 Overview

The Standard Daily Sudoku requires a two stage registration process where you may first apply for the link and then register to gain access to the admin area. The Professional Daily Sudoku involves a further stage of creating a subscription payment for the service.

4.2 Applying for a the service

To avoid unnecessary form filling the first stage is applying for a link. This involves entering some contact details and your web site URL and description. You will receive an email to the address you entered with a link to click to confirm your application. Should you not receive this email then either you entered an incorrect email address or the automated email was transferred to a spam folder or rejected by a spam filter.

When we receive this information we then will either accept or deny your application for a Sudoku Link. Detailed in section (2)

4.3 Registration

If your application is accepted you will receive an email detailing this with a link to click that will take you to the registration form. Depending on the type of service you have chosen the form registration will differ. The Professional link requires company details and address.
On submission of this form you are sent an email confirming that the process is complete and a password where you can gain access to the administration area by using the User Name you entered and the password in the confirmation email.

4.4 Subscriptions (Professional Sudoku Link)

If you have chosen the Professional Sudoku Link and have logged in to the admin area you are now required to subscribe to the service.

The subscription plans is on a monthly basis and we have supplied fixed fees in three currencies. This is done for your convenience and in your benefit to avoid complications or poor exchange rates.

The registration process currently uses PayPal for the secure handling of transaction data. We do not view or store sensitive payment details.

When the subscription had been completed and you log in to the admin area your link code will be displayed.

You are free to cancel the subscription at any time detailed in section (6)

5. Technical Requirements

To use dowedo.net's services you and your web site users need certain equipment, not supplied by dowedo.net. This includes a computer, an internet connection, and software to browse the internet. For the purposes of registration and contact you will need access to an email address you own and have access to.

We have tested our Sudoku display using Netscape, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Anyone using very old internet browsers may not be able to use or see the Daily Sudoku.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your payment provider and cancelling this subscription payment.

From cancellation the services we provide will terminate.

Refunds will not be granted for cancellation of service ad detailed in section (7)

7. Refunds Policy

Refunds may be given at the discretion of the company management, and only in circumstances where dowedo.net has failed to fulfil its obligations as laid out in this agreement.

Refunds will not be granted for cancelled subscriptions either wholly or in part.

A refund will be provided if there has been a failure on the part of dowedo.net to fulfil its obligations with regard to account creation as laid out in the terms of this agreement, but under no circumstances whatsoever will a refund be considered once the account has been correctly created and the restricted information thereby made available.

No refunds can be made under any circumstances more than 21 days after payment.

Refunds, where suitable, will be provided either wholly or in part, as deemed appropriate by the dowedo.net.

All applications for refund must be submitted in detail by email to support@dowedo.net.

These terms and conditions are the current terms and conditions covering subscription to dowedo.net Sudoku Link service and supersede any previous terms and conditions.

These tems and conditions may be superseded or amended in future without prior consultation. If any part of this contract is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this contract, or the remainder of the provision in question.
